Submit a Request

Tutoring requests can be submitted by email or fax.  Problems and data can be copied into email messages, however, to ensure that all problems and data are received, we highly recommend sending them as an attachment in a Word or Excel document.  If you choose to fax your request, please email us to verify that the fax was received.

In your request, please include:

                        1. Name
                        2. Contact information (email address or phone number)
                        3. Problems and instructions
                        4. Type of solutions
                        5. Deadline
