How do I submit my questions or problems?

To submit a request, please email your questions or problems to MyStatsTutor.  Please specify the type of solutions you would like and when the deadline for the solutions is.  When submitting your inquiry, please include your name and email in case your tutor must contact you.

How long does it take to receive the solution?

The time for solutions varies depending on the length of the request, the types of problems, and the current tutoring schedule.  Many solutions can be returned within 24-48 hours, however some requests will require more time for computations or explanations.  Please tell your tutor when the deadline is, and he/she can let you know if they can complete the solutions by the deadline.  If you require a very fast turnaround, your tutor may be able to assist for additional compensation.  Your tutor will inform you of the amount of time required to receive solutions if it will take longer than expected.

What type of solution will I receive and how much does it cost?

You will choose what type of solution you need.  Solutions can be single answers, a computational step-by-step process, or a detailed explanation including answer, process, and instructions.  You can review the types of solutions we provide and the costs for them on our Services & Rates page.  Please specify the type of solutions you would like when submitting a request.

Is my information secure?

Your name and email address you provide is used only for contact information.  We will never release your information to anyone.  Please read our privacy policy if you have any concerns.
